In trying to meet the demand of the ever growing hard-cider industry, Glaize has devoted more than a dozen acres to growing “cider specific” apples. We believe everything that makes our region and micro climate good for apple growing combines to give distinctive flavor to cider. The history of our orchards and special characteristics of the soil influence the bottled craft. Our orchard along Cedar Creek is home to more than ten different varieties including rare Virginian and European bittersweets.

Our brand new press facility supplies high quality juice beyond the Virginia state line. We have the capacity to press anywhere from a 55gal drum to a 5,500gal tanker truck. We can custom blend juices to your specific needs, providing brix and acid readings throughout the process.
